When you submit our contact form we will receive an email from this containing the details you entered. We store contact forms we have recieved on our local computer. We do not collect or store any payment information at all. Any website usage data we collect is anonymous, you can request that we delete any emails we've received from you at any time.
We use contact forms and order requests to maintain a record of purchases. We also use photos, comments and testimonials to promote our business. At this present time we do not use mailing lists or online marketing campaigns, if this changes we will update this page.
As you do not have to log into the website we do not use any cookies, we use several google APIs including Googlemaps and Google Analytics these services may set their own cookies and we advise you to check their respective terms of use and privacy policies.
Under the Data Protection Act 1998 (the “Act”) you are entitled to a copy of the information we hold about you. If you would like a copy of your information please contact us using our contact page. Please note that there will be a charge of £10 for this service, as permitted under the Act.
